Il San Cristoforo Hotel Ercolano

My stay at Il San Cristoforo was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated in a beautiful park, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, especially after a long day exploring Naples and the surrounding area. The staff, particularly Francesco at the reception, were incredibly helpful and provided great tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and the views of Vesuvius and Naples were stunning. I had a fantastic experience at Il San Cristoforo and would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the newly opened building at Il San Cristoforo. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and provide helpful information about the resort. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a delicious variety of options. The highlight for me was the amazing Neapolitan tasting menu at The Line restaurant. Despite some minor drawbacks, like occasional wedding noise and a less attractive neighborhood, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a lovely stay at Il San Cristoforo and would gladly return.

The staff here went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service, from room service to housekeeping. They even arranged a convenient airport shuttle for us. The comfort of the rooms was outstanding, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

Stunning location, beautiful gardens, superb views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Modernized to the highest standards. No interference with the residential side. No unwelcome noise. Firework displays each evening. High standard kitchen. Excellent breakfast. Lovely rooms with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Tasting menu at Line Restaurant made to perfection. Excellent service from staff.

The hotel's restaurant is overpriced for dinner.

We had a fantastic week at Il San Cristoforo. Clean and nice rooms, lovely terrace, and a great pool. Ezio at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us excellent recommendations. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

We had an enjoyable Easter stay at this resort with stunning views of Vesuvio. the staff was incredibly helpful, upgrading us to a larger room and assisting with organizing our PCR test. the free private parking space was convenient and the spacious rooms were comfortable. the breakfast spread was delicious, including fresh croissants, cakes, fruits, and vegetables. We also appreciated the lovely pool area, where we could enjoy a leisurely lunch.

The location of the resort was not ideal as it was not in a touristy part of town and lacked walkability. To explore the surrounding areas, we had to rely on taxis, which could quickly become costly.
